What an absolutely glowing evening — abundant with vibrant people, plates, and pours at Fræk Vin.
I spent the whole night smiling, and my cheeks were sore for days after. Together, we connected; over music, food, travel, community, and personal expansion. It was a gift to stand back throughout the night, and observe a group of strangers exchanging tender moments.
Our menu, created alongside Fræk's resident chef Max, showcased an array of autumnal flavours, amplified by a selection of matched natural wines. It was an evening of vibrant conversations, seasonal dishes, and deep connection.
To everyone that chose to show up for dinner — I see you, and your courage to embrace discomfort. It’s not particularly easy to sit around a table of 20 strangers, share a meal, and be encouraged to dive deep into perhaps vulnerable conversations, but doing this — opening and expanding — brings us fundamentally closer.
