A night to remember. Our debut Perth dinner, The Spring Supper, at Powells celebrated many forms of newness.
Our first West Aus dinner was a chance to gather, vulnerably, and celebrate the beauty of shared meals. Together, we enjoyed an abundant three course menu laden with the finest, seasonal Western Australian produce, whilst nurturing new connections between strangers.
It was a night filled with new faces, vibrant spring-time plates, local wines, and intentional conversation. Thank you to those that chose to spend their Thursday night with us around the table — your courage to show up for yourself, and stretch beyond what’s familiar is so deeply admirable.
