We have had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Read My Blurb this year, to curate a seasonal menu for each monthly Blurb Club at Collingwood House. Every month Read My Blub founder, Jess Trevaskis, brings together a vibrant group of strangers to connect authentically, and discuss the book of the month. It has been a true delight to elevate an already humming gathering, with an array of seasonal plates, ferments, spreads, and cakes.

These monthly activations have been a wonderful opportunity to share our love and passion for seasonality with a new community. Each menu different to the next, and inspired by hyper-local ingredients, new musings, and themes explored in the month's book. It has been such a gift to work alongside Jess
